Description
DAMIANA – A HERB THAT INCREASES THE SEX DRIVE OF BOTH GENDERS
Damiana (Binomial name Turnera diffusa) is a member of the family Passifloraceae native to southwestern Texas, Central America, Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean. Traditionally the leaves of this small shrub have been made into a concoction and were used as an incense material. Damiana is used primarily as a tonic and an aphrodisiac, but historically it also has been used to relieve anxiety, nervousness, mild depression, improve digestion, and treat constipation (in larger doses it has a mild laxative effect). Damiana increases the sex drive of both genders and is often used to restore the ability to reach sexual climax.
Dosage
Dash 0.5-1 gram with hot water and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Drink this concoction 30-60 minutes prior to the desired effect – it is most effective when taken on an empty stomach.
